Who are eligible for this offer?

a)   Postpaid customers who have not used the service for last 90 days or more.
         b)   Prepaid customers who have not used the service for last 90 days or more are eligible if they migrate to any of these plans.

Conditions:

a)    15% VAT applicable. Any additional usage will be charged Tk.0.15/MB (+VAT).

b)    All previous dues will be cleared when reactivates.

c)    Applicable only for USB and Mirage device holder customer.

d)   Customer has to choose any one plan for reactivation. He can remain in his plan (by recharging every month) or migrate to other plans through proper migration.

How to reactivate?

a)  Recharge and Open a ticket: To activate the plan customer has to:

·   Recharge first for the new plan.

·  Open an online ticket at http://tticket.banglalionwimax.com/ or email ccm@banglalionwimax.comto request for package reactivation.

b)  Customer care: customer can go to Customer care center and request for churn reactivation campaign offer.

c)  Call center: customer can call BCL Careline (09611556677 or 16313) to request for reactivation.


FAQ

Q. How long the offer will continue?

A. This is a limited time offer. The offer will end on January 24, 2014.

Q. How long will it take to clear the past dues from the customer account?

A. it will take at least 24 working hours to waive past dues (if any) from customers’ account. Any request during holidays or weekends will be updated on next available working day. 

Q. What are the packages/plan a customer can choose when reactive his 90 days old postpaid   connection?

A. This is a special offer for 90 days inactive customer. Customer can take these special packages if he wants. However, he is also eligible to take any other existing packages if he likes.

Q. If a customer is inactive for less than 90 days, can he avail this offer?

A. No, if the customer is inactive for less than 90 days then he will not be entitled for this offer. However, he can choose any other existing plans from our product bucket.

Q. What if my device is broken or lost?

A. Customer has to buy a new device at market price.

Q. What about prepaid customer, can he avail this offer?

A. Yes, any 90 days or more inactive prepaid customer can avail this offer through proper migration.
